SILENCE

silence2

I have always loved silence for balance, recharge, and a break from our over stimulated world.  This article is even more profound, it talks about how silence helps develop our brains, http://www.lifehack.org/377243/science-says-silence-much-more-important-our-brains-than-thought?dgs=1.

There are different ways to have quiet in our lives, to balance the non stop lives that we love.

  • meditation/relaxation
  • instead of raising our voices/making an effort to keep a calm tone
  • make time for “me” time, taking a walk in nature, or anything where you can be alone doing something just for you

I have always loved quiet, and I love it even more now that I am a parent, it is so rare. Right now the kids are still sleeping and my husband just went to synagogue, and I get to let my brain roam free.

I fully appreciate my me time,

Make time for you time,

Coach Yulia
