Self Care in a Pod


Exercise such an important part of our lives. Because of our nonstop lives, as we get older, and especially if you’re working physically, we need more.

I always recommend massages, chiropractic, acupuncture, and body work. Today I had the opportunity to try a detox in an infrared sauna pod. You can read all about it in the link above.
