One of the Jewish lessons I learned this week is how powerful it is to choose yes, when you have the option to say no. Duality, and having a negative and a positive option, is what gives life meaning. All of the ups and downs are a good thing, maybe not in the moment, but we can powerfully choose to learn, grow, and move forward.
