As much as I inspire and lead health and fitness all day, every day, I’m trying my best to fit my own exercise in.
Hopefully this is beginning of together we hike Fridays! Close by we have the Baldwin Hills stairs, we can go up and down in half an hour. Not too busy, not too hot, and no traffic makes it a no excuse workout.
What a great way to finish the week, and then bring in the day of rest.
