It is better to oooh then ahh, then the other way around

I learn gems from my clients, and this was one of my favorite. I always tell my classes that I don’t want to hear ouch or oww, I want to hear oooh or I feel it. If something really hurts it is better to stop and see what is going on.

So my client shared with me that her husband explained that it is better to oooh first, work hard and feel it, and then aaah and feel good about what you did. When you aaah first, if it is a quick fix, but then oooh later, and not feel so good, then it really did not work.
