Surprisingly I’m not hungry, I’ve have been fasting since last night. This is the second most important fast day in Judaism after Yom Kippur.
I know what I’m eating at 8:30 PM, bring it in Russian style with some herring, sauerkraut, and potato.
The day has been busy with kids. I was raised very independently, and I want them all to thrive and take charge of their own lives.
In my yoga and Doula work I talk about being present, with children you have no choice but to be present and they deserve 100%.
I’m ready for them to be adults, to have a cup of coffee, and a chat!
