Excited to keep connecting!

I am so grateful to live in the heart of the Jewish community in Los Angeles. When I moved here almost 20 years ago I found Yoga, and when I met my husband 10 years ago, I feel like I married this magical community too!

So grateful to keep on following and flowing into my purpose in this world. My babies gave me access to experiencing the support that a Doula brings to a birth. While teaching my Prenatal Yoga classes, one of my students told me to go get my Doula training because I was going to be her Doula. Everything that I have done in my life up to this point has led me exactly where I need to be to support and empower women to express themselves fully and birth their way.

Social media let me to Na’amah, who created the Jewish Birth Worker’s Collective. Please spread the word to all of my fellow birth workers that support our Jewish community, because everything in life is about finding the right fit. The more of us out there, the better.
