Thank You This Memorial Day

Heshy Rosenwasser is at Brookwood American Cemetery and Memorial
Have a Shabbat Shalom and a meaningful Memorial Day weekend. Nothing wrong with celebrating by going to the beach and having a barbecue but take some time to remember those who fought and died for your freedom to do so.
And as I do often this time of year, I remind everyone that among those who gave all were many of my fellow tribespeople. Jews fought in every US campaign dating back to the Revolution … even for the sake of those bigots who say we didn’t.
This Unknown Soldier is buried at Brookwood Military Cemetery in England, which contains 468 Americans who died during WWI.

I am so grateful for my rights and freedoms. Yes there is so much that needs to change, but we all can use our voice to do so.
Grateful.
Thank you for your sacrifice for our freedoms this Memorial Day.
