I love food.
I love talking about food.
I love learning how delicious means healthy.
Once you start eating healthy, the processed stuff does not taste good.
I cannot get enough of tips and specific foods to incorporate into my daily eating habits.
Enjoy!

Here is an approach to eating healthy that I have not yet written about, and that is the concept of nutritionally dense foods. The idea here is that the more nutrition per calorie that is in any given food, the sooner one’s body will be satisfied with what one is eating, resulting in one eating less, which in turn could cause a person to lose excess weight. In any case, here are apparently the nine most nutritionally dense foods of all: salmon, kale, garlic, sweet potatoes, liver, sardines, blueberries, eggs, and dark chocolate. Oh, and the most nutritionally dense fruits are berries in general, while the most nutritionally dense vegetables are dark green leafy vegetables such as spinach and kale, and cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli and Brussels sprouts.
