There were friends from my Jewish neighborhood, Yoga friends, and fellow artists.

My kids lead the prayers, I created a Shabbat experience of quiet and connection, featuring Chelsea with her beautiful voice leading Havdala, and with a yoga breath we screamed back into the pulse of life.
