What cardio do you like?

I keep on saying I am not a cardio person. Today it’s 75 degrees in Los Angeles, California, and I was so excited to ride my bike instead of drive.

The secret of exercise is finding what you like to do, so you will want to do it. I also enjoy hiking, dance, and taking classes.

Riding my bike to work and errands around the neighborhood is the best way to get my workout in and get things done.

So now I’m going to focus on what I like, and it’s such a nice head space to be in.
