This month starts a slew of Yoga and Community events that I want to tell you about. Starting this Tuesday at www.bouncela.com I will be teaching Mommy and baby Yoga at 2:30pm and Mommy and toddler Yoga/Pilates at 3:30pm. This is honestly the perfect combination of me focusing 100% on mommy, while the babies have a blast, or they can join our Yoga!

The weekend of November 3-5 is a beautiful event in our community, and on Sunday morning I will be teaching Yoga.

At the end of November there is a beautiful women’s event produced by Karen Michelle, and my daughter and I will be participating in the fashion show, so excited to do it again.
