Crazy World, but Thankful and Grateful

I really do not like watching the news, it is never good, but this morning there was no escaping it. Somebody tagged me in a Pray For Las Vegas post, and then I saw the beautiful picture above, Israel standing proud with the United States.

I know it seems minor, but first I heard that Tom Petty died, then after all the sad posts about that, I saw that he was not 100% gone, just coming off of life support according to the wishes of his family.

News is crazy, everyone wants to jump on the bandwagon, and give a story, and then there is social media, and I just hesitate, and wait for it to unfold, and I am always grateful for my own safety along with family and friends. I am thankful to the heroes that emerge from tragedy.

Meet Jonathan Smith. He saved 30 people last night before he was shot in the neck. Wish him well soon! #VegasStrong Look for angels! #Hero!
