I Am Fascinated How Our Bodies Move


My Yoga teacher is turning 85 this month, and I feel flexible, strong and healthy in my forties, Thank God!  Movement is essential to our being, and I am in awe of how some people are able to move, and when it is dance and performance, I just enjoy it immensely.  Yes Yoga is wonderful, but so is everything else, find what you love and do it, ride a bike, go to a dance class, martial arts, bootcamps, marathons, and so much more.

How do you like to move your body?

I love hiking, bike riding, Yoga and Dance,
