So excited to be on the road!  It has been four years since we went across America with three kids under 4 years old, and we vowed it would take a while until we would do it again.  My husband was a trucker for 10 years and if money was no object, I would travel to every corner of the world.  We are in a 15 passenger van, kids are comfortable and sleeping, we took out the last row and filled it with a freezer full of chickens.  My sister in law in Denver is hosting over 30 people for the Passover meals, and there are four of them.  We will get there in 16 hours, my husband is in his element.
