Quality of life needs movement


This video is so powerful because it is not about physical appearance or reaching fitness goals and getting medals. It is about function and fundamentals, and living fully with our body and mind working effortlessly.

We need all of it, nutrition, sleep, happiness, and movement.  Luckily, nowadays there are so many options for exercise, there is no excuse not to do it.

It makes a big difference in your quality of life, in body and mind.

I feel so grateful to have good genes, but also my Yoga lifestyle and love of healthy food and sleep is what keeps my mind and body strong, clear, and able to function at my best.

Health is really everything.

You can choose to make it a priority.

Try different exercises, classes, and sports,

Find what you love to do and look forward to.
