I love how the woman in the video says that Yoga helps her mind stay active and engaged. Anything active is good, my recommendation is to find what is fun for you, and what you will do, so you will do it. Nowadays there are so many ways to live a healthy, active lifestyle, there really are no excuses.
Let me tell you what I do not like and I do not do.
