The concept of energy is fascinating to me, everything around us is energy, and inside of us we have energy.  Peole are attracted to our energy, and that is why different people like different things and there is not one fit for everyone.

Today I keep on seeing beautiful truths about how powerful our energy is.

Look I feel a lot! When I was in my 20’s I would weep at the homeless on the street and imagine their lives and pull over and give them stuff from my car like blankets and such. I stopped watching the news around this time because I was overwhelmed at all of the suffering in the world. I decided that I had to find my passion because I couldn’t do it all. So I got local with my gifts and focus. Especially on raising my children as a single mom. Many days that was the best I could do. I use to be upset that I wasn’t doing more and then I realized that was my job right now and more than enough to keep me busy. (And in my spare time I built the Sanctuary.)

I have a philosophy in life that works for me. Because I believe that it’s our birth right to find our joy and follow it to our gifts on the planet.

There are so many fucked up things on this planet. I have found a way I can keep my head above water. Perhaps the way you deal with this madness is anger. Or sorrow. I’ve been through sorrow. It made me want to step off the edge of the planet and never return. I can’t go there. Can you dig that? I can’t join you in that place. And I don’t do anger. It’s poison in my soul. So I choose light. And I will always choose light. It doesn’t mean I don’t see, I don’t feel, and I don’t care. It means I am one person that can only do so much. Every single day. Every one. I help another person in one way or another. And that feels like my capacity at this time. We all have our gifts, we all have our passions. I know with out a doubt when I shuffle off this mortal coil that I will know that I lived a life of purpose. My purpose. There are so many. So you find yours. And give your gifts with all your life force has to offer.

Please don’t judge me for choosing the light. I have done my research this is the best way I know I can serve God, this planet and my brothers and sisters. So if you come to me to connect with me in your anger, your sorrow. I’m going to point you in the direction of joy , and action and your life purpose.

All I ask of you all is please don’t waste this life pointing fingers. “Be for something and against nothing”.

Find what you are “for” and give it your all.
