I really wanted to get my eyebrows done

eyebrows

My kids have been home for two weeks, and it has been non stop.  Between teaching my classes, helping to bring babies into this world, everybody taking turns not feeling so good, and a new baby cousin in the family, it has been a whirlwind of exhausting fun.  I like to be either super casual and natural or all dressed up for special occasions, I call it Yoga or Diva.  So this weekend we are hosting family, so many people in town for celebrations, and I just could not get away to get my eyebrows done.

Did you know that before I moved to Los Angeles at 27 years old I never did my eyebrows and never got a manicure or pedicture?  I grew up in Miami, which was a really ethnic and natural place, I am sure some people were all into all of that stuff, but I loved just low maintenance and au naturel.  My husband also likes my hair sleek, my clothes fitted, however he is not into makeup, but likes everything touched up and looking good.

So up until this afternoon I literally did not have one minute to spare, and then an opportunity presented itself.  My husband and kids were home getting ready to host all of our family for Shabbat tonight.  I had to take my sister in law and her kids somewhere, so I told him I really wanted to go get my eyebrows done, and done.

Feeling good,

Feeling fancy,

Feeling ready for a beautiful Shabbat,

Shabbat Shalom,

Coach Yulia
