BREATH
This is an amazing visual for slow, focused breathing. I know for many people, visual learning is how they really comprehend and internalize everything around them. Try it, breathe slowly in when there is just a dot, and then slowly breathe out until it becomes a dot again. The inhale is automatic, that is how we are alive, but the exhale can be completely controlled.
