Find your own healthy!!!!!  I had a Yoga class in my home this morning, and one of the ladies said that is my message, and it truly is.  Yesterday I participated in a Soul Cycle fundraising event, supporting injured IDF soldiers, it was my first time.  For anybody that likes high energy music, movement, a night club like feel, and to sweat like crazy, this is definitely for you.

Luckily I did not feel that sore today, except for my tush from sitting on that bike seat for 45 minutes. So I joined a friend for an amazing hike, Tree People, off of Coldwater and Mulholland.  Personally hiking and dance are my favorite ways to cardio, and that is really the secret.  Find what is fun for you, and you will want to do it.  There is no excuse not to do it, there are so many options and varieties.  We have to move, or we will not be able to move.  A body in motion stays in motion, said my fellow hiker, and I knew that was going to be the inspiration for my blog today.
