How do we change the world? We change ourselves.

I realized that all I really want to do is teach Yoga, in every way, shape, and form.  Yes my specialty is Prenatal as well as Labor and Birth Doula, but I love all ages, all levels, groups, private, just to spread the message of taking care of ourselves is our number one priority.  Who else will do it? We need to be our best to be there for everyone and everything in our life.  Besides physically with nutrition and a healthy, active lifestyle, we also need to keep checking in with how we talk to ourselves.  The picture above gives some tips how to get out of our heads, move forward, learn the lesson, look on the positive message, and feel good.  Maybe if we all spent more time working on ourselves, communicating, growing, listening, getting to know each other, learning from each other, then everyone in the world can cooperate, educate themselves, and use their words.

Appreciating the little positive moments throughout our day helps keep us present that good happens all the time.  When my oldest recently had his birthday, he really wanted a really complex and huge Lego set.  We slowly built it together, and at the very end we noticed we had a lot of extra pieces but were missing a whole bag of an important part, and could not complete the whole set without it.  It has been a month since we bought it, it took us time because I really wanted him to be in the process of building it, and learning when things did not fit to recheck, it has been fun for me too.  I called Lego today, I found out their base is in Denmark, and after explaining what happened, he said he will gladly send me a replacement bag.  I am so excited at how easy that was, even a month later, no receipt needed, just happy for me and my son to enjoy completing our project.

Just had my weekly Yoga gathering in my home, so blessed to be able to host and offer it to my community.  Mondays have become my organization day, which actually makes me really happy.  Last week I tackled my bedroom closet, and when I walk into it now, I just feel so excited I know where everything is.  I love getting rid of stuff, today I have the biggest job of all, it is our everything closet in the kids room, I am ready and even looking forward to it.

I also have an audition to teach Yoga at studios around town, all is good, excited to do what I love and what I am meant to do.

I love to share my background, history, and stories of my life.  At this time I feel I need to be the voice for Israel, I have family and friends there, and want to let them know that your brothers and sisters all over the world are making their voices heard.

The main point of the following article is that Israel does exist, and this article shows how people really think one day it will not,

Am Yisroel Chai,

Israel is here to stay,
